First Session

In the course of the first session we will get to know each other, and based on your impressions you will be able to decide how you would like to organize our further therapeutic work. To make an appointment, please call me or contact me by email. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Sometimes things fall apart but it matters what you choose to pick up again and how you do it.  As your therapist, it is my job to work with you to find the solution that is best tailored to your personal needs, while you, as an expert, shape this process. In my opinion, all clients are experts with a significant potential for untapped resources just waiting to be activated. It is an honor for me to be able to go through this challenging phase of life with you and to accompany you with respect, empathy and acceptance as you move towards your goal. I work with individuals, couples, families & groups.

Online-Therapy is possible via Zoom, telephone or Skype.

Duration and frequency
All therapy sessions last 50 minutes. Double sessions are possible. The meetings take place weekly or every two weeks. The duration of therapy depends on various factors and can be clarified during the first session.

Insurance reimbursement
A partial refund is possible.
Full cost insurance coverage on request

Therapy fee
The fee is based on the industry standard.

Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance so that sessions are not billed. Meetings that are not canceled in due time will be invoiced in full for the agreed duration.
